My First Solo Travel Experience in Spiti Valley

For the first time as a single traveler, I was nervous but was excited about starting this journey. Summer Speti Valley Full Circuit Trip by BackPacker XP was everything I expected and a lot! The moment I stepped from my comfort zone, I knew that I had taken the right decision. The journey was well employed, presenting something new and exciting each day. The beautiful beauty of the speech was out of this world - from the rugged landscape to the quiet monasteries, every moment felt real. For me a highlights was visiting Chandramal Lake. Blue water surrounded by snow -covered mountains made for the right camp site. The experience was very peaceful, and I found myself showing how far I had come in my single journey.I also met a wonderful group of fellow passengers. I did not expect to be tied so soon, but we all really joined together, making the experience even more memorable. I also made a wonderful friend who was traveling singles, and we together finished the discovery of the valley, laughing, sharing stories and taking photos. It actually felt like a family on the road.Local guides and backpackers XP teams were friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured that we were comfortable throughout the journey, we were giving us a sense of security in the most remote places. And food - oh my God, food was fantastic! After a long day of investigation, every meal felt like a comfortable treatment.Cultural experiences were also an attraction. I loved visiting the main monastery and interacting with the monks. I also sent a postcard from the world's highest post office in Hikkim, which was a bizarre and fun part of the journey.Overall, this journey was the correct mix of adventure, relaxation and cultural immersion. This was what I needed for my first single trip. I come back

Loved this trip!

Loved this trip! Kasol’s riverside walks were so calming, and Manali’s snow views were unreal. The guides were friendly without being overbearing—perfect for introverts like me. Only wish we had more time in Tosh village. Pack warm socks!

Solid 5/5 experience. Trek was great, food was good(try the Cheese cakes at the Kasol Cafe). Manali’s traffic was a buzzkill, but the sunrise at Hallan Valley? Magic. Great for backpackers.

What a journey. Coming back soon!!

Had a blast with the group! Highlights: stargazing in Kasol and the surprise hot-water buckets at the campsite (lifesaver!). Not a fan of long drives, but the playlist in the tempo kept us laughing. Would go again with them!

    Chilled vibes, zero drama, Recommended!!

Chilled vibes, zero drama. Kasol’s cafes are overhyped, but the trek to Chalal was worth it. Manali’s paragliding (We did it on New Year )🤭—expensive but fun. Pro tip: Bargain hard for souvenirs. Guides knew their stuff.
